Currently we need to reinforce our HR team by incorporating a Talent Acquisition Specialist.Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job briefing to offer stage. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.At least 2 years previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable. Essential high level of English Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.Flexible working hours Free language classes depending on the needs and another training courses.
