Asimismo, buscamos actuar como agentes de cambio para promover la igualdad de oportunidades en nuestro entorno, fomentando el respeto y apostando por la diversidad en todas sus formas.Seas como seas y sientas como sientas, en Claire Joster tendrás un sitio para brillar.Envíe su solicitud a continuación después de leer todos los detalles y la información de apoyo sobre esta oportunidad de trabajo.En Claire Joster, buscamos un perfil Marketing Specialist para una empresa de servicios.FUNCIONES-Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de planes de marketing integrales del grupo.-Definir audiencias, targets y propuestas de valor, asegurando un posicionamiento claro y competitivo.-Coordinar campañas de principio a fin: materiales, aprobaciones, lanzamiento y seguimiento de resultados.-Supervisar y coordinar colaboradores externos (diseñadores, creadores de contenido, freelancers).-Impulsar la construcción de marca y la estrategia interna de comunicación.-Dar seguimiento a clientes y proyectos, asegurando la correcta ejecución de propuestas de valor.-Apoyar la configuración y optimización de campañas digitales (LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads).-Crear y optimizar landing pages y flujos de trabajo (WordPress, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).-Gestionar email marketing, nurturing y automatización.-Monitorizar y reportar el rendimiento de campañas con dashboards de analítica (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).-Mantener datos en CRM y asegurar trazabilidad de campañas.-Apoyar la preparación y promoción de eventos internos y externos.RequisitosGrado en Marketing, Relaciones Públicas o área relacionada.Experiencia demostrada en estrategias B2B (idealmente en sector tecnológico, agencias o servicios a clientes).Perfil extrovertido, abierto, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación.Persona proactiva, autónoma y orientada a soluciones.Fuertes capacidades organizativas y de gestión de proyectos.Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación a entornos cambiantes.Inglés avanzado; otros idiomas son un plus.
