About the RoleAs aDistribution Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Madrid Distribution Center. This position combines operational excellence with data-driven decision-making, focusing on optimizing processes, resolving technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Operations:Support daily distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain service level agreements.Data Analytics & Reporting:Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support strategic decisions.Technical Issue Resolution:Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting system or process-related issues. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement effective solutions.Process Improvement:Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
