Dev Sec Ops Manager - AI Company / AWS / Kubernetes / CICD / Security / Cryptography We're hiring for an experienced Dev Sec Ops Manager for a rapidly expanding deep tech company that is backed by major global investors. In this position, you will be responsible for leading Dev Ops and Dev Security Ops practices, developing strategies, implementing tools to automate security principles and mentor other engineers for cybersecurity practices. This is a contract position until end of June 2026 with potential scope to extend. You will be working hybrid in Barcelona. Around 3+ days per week on-site and rest of week remote. These contracts will be payrolled directly with the hiring company. Salaries arounnd €70,000 + bonuses, potential to go a little higher, depending on experience. For this Dev Sec Ops Manager position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS/CE) or significant work experience, with a strong emphasis on Cybersecurity. Dev Sec Ops Experience: Minimum of 3+ years working as a Dev Sec Ops Engineer. Cloud & Network Expertise: Strong competence in AWS/Azure Network Architecture and designing/building solutions using AWS Security and Network services (e.g., Guard Duty, Config, Security Hub). Cybersecurity Tools & Practices: Proficiency with SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, incident response, and implementing cryptographic controls (SSH, KMS, key rotation). Dev Ops & Automation: Solid understanding and experience with standard Dev Ops practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Certifications & Skills: Relevant AWS/Azure/Security certifications (especially AWS Certified Security/Advanced Networking) are prioritized, along with proven troubleshooting and superb communication skills.I welcome your application if you'd like to find out more and if you know someone it would suit, we offer a fantastic referral scheme which I would be happy to discuss.
