Reporting to the VP of Product, this role focuses on creating impactful and human-driven experiences for patients, therapists, and our clients. You’ll own the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and work cross-functionally to deliver features that drive measurable outcomesMain tasks and responsibilities:Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Own the product roadmap for Core Experience, ensuring alignment with company mission and goals. Use data and user feedback to enhance experiences for patients, therapists, and clients.Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with engineering, design, customer success, and data teams to deliver features. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales to ensure alignment across initiatives.Execute with Precision:Create user stories, define requirements, and prioritize impactful features. Manage product delivery in an agile environment and leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency.Focus on Metrics and Outcomes:Use data analysis to identify opportunities and measure success. Conduct A/B testing to optimize user flows and validate hypotheses.Champion Customer Obsession:Understand the needs of all users and prioritize their input in product decisions. Maintain high quality standards for user experience.Thrive in Ambiguity:Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Address all challenges regardless of size and make confident decisions even with limited information.The Ideal candidate will have:University degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.7+ years of product management experience5+ years with consumer-facing platforms or SaaS products.Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.Familiarity with personalization, A/B testing, and user-centered design principles.Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including user research, agile development, and experimentation.Fluency in English & SpanishSpecific curiosity about AI and its application in digital products, with the ability to anticipate how emerging technologies can transform user experiences and create competitive advantages in the market.Our Core Principles:Move the Needle:Focus on what truly drives impact.
