HSE Lead – Industrial Project (South Spain)Por favor, presente su candidatura sin demora si su perfil encaja bien con este puesto, debido al alto nivel de interés.We are currently looking for an experiencedHSE Leadto join alarge-scale industrial green projectinSouth Spain (coastal location) .This is a12-month projectwith anurgent start in January , offering the opportunity to take real ownership of Health, Safety & Environmental performance on a complex industrial site.The RoleAs HSE Lead, you will be themain HSE authority on site , working closely with construction, contractors and project management teams to ensure the highest HSE standards throughout execution.Key Responsibilities• Lead and implement the site HSE strategy in line with Spanish and EU regulations• Act as the primary HSE point of contact for contractors and site management• Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks• Ensure compliance with HSE plans, risk assessments and method statements• Investigate incidents and near misses, driving corrective actions• Promote a strong safety-first culture across the projectProfile• Proven experience asHSE Lead / Senior HSEon industrial or construction projects• Strong knowledge of Spanish HSE legislation and EU standards• Background in heavy industry, process plants, xcskxlj energy or large construction projects• Comfortable working in multi-contractor environments• Fluent or professional level ofSpanish and English• EU right to work requiredLocation & Conditions• South Spain – coastal area (good connections)• Approx.12-month duration• Standard working hours in line with Spanish legislation• Local hires preferred; rotation available for EU-based candidates
