We are present in more than 35 countries with a professional team of more than 11,500 people. We have an opportunity for one of our Division on the Legal Area. We are looking for a Legal Counsel to manage german speaking markets, among others. The main functions of the position will be: - Ensure the review all contracts and generate "Exception List" prior to the submission of tenders. - Collaborate in the final negotiations of all contracts. - Ensure collaboration with the Purchasing Department in order to carry out negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. - Draw up check list gathering all milestones in the framework of the Contract for Project Managers, to ensure the correct development of dealings with customers and suppliers. - Monitoring and ensuring the Project Managers´ compliance of all project milestones described in the provided check-list. - Drafting of claims and order change requests in collaboration with Project Managers. - Collaboration in the negotiation of order change requests and claims. REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate in Law with a Master's Degree. - Perfect written and spoken German essential. - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
