The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us atRole Overview: We are looking for aSenior Job Automation Engineerto integrate our teams into aninternational client projectin the financial services sector.This is ahybrid role based in Madrid(2 days per week in the office), focused on the operation and maintenance of enterprise-grade job automation platforms in a high-availability, agile environment.What you will do: Operate and maintainJob Automation platformssuch asControl-MandAutomic Automation (UC4)at system and application level. Ensure platform stability while collaborating with application teams responsible for job configuration. Set up and configure environments usingAnsibleto ensure automation, consistency and scalability. Performregular patching, upgrades and health checksin high-availability infrastructures. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Participate in anon-call rotation(weekly). Collaborate closely with internal customers and stakeholders to guarantee platform reliability. Work within aninternational agile team, contributing to daily meetings, Kanban ticket updates and continuous improvement initiatives.What you are like: Academic background withuniversity studies in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar(mandatory). Minimum of 7 years of experiencein similar roles as a System Engineer / Job Automation Engineer. Hands-on experience withAutomic Automation (UC4) and/or Control-M. Strong knowledge ofLinux environments,shell scriptingandAnsible. Knowledge ofPythonis required. Experience withpatch management, system upgrades and platform monitoring. Comfortable working inhigh-availability and enterprise environments. Used to working withagile tools and methodologiesin international teams. Fluent English(written and spoken).
