Growth & monetization — conversion to subscription, upsell (minute bundles/telephony/video), virtual gifts, price experiments, funnels. Retention & quality — churn reduction, mechanics for anchoring a “favorite companion,” context handover, NPS/CSAT. Supply/Operations — recruiting and training companions (Companion Academy), scheduling/Workforce, response SLA, QA/audit. Trust & Safety — content policies (ban on sexual/offline), real-time moderation/post-moderation, incidents and appeals, transparency. AI-hybrid — phased rollout (assistant → hybrid → AI-tier) to reduce COGS without losing brand trust. Risks/crisis comms — preparation and execution of crisis communications (compensated dating narrative), interaction with platforms and media. Team — hiring and development, culture of data and accountability for results.We expect from you:8–12+ years in consumer subscription/marketplace (wellness/communications/telemedicine/EdTech), managed P&L Scaling supply operations (contact centers/gig) 1k–10k+ providers; Workforce/SLA Trust & Safety/UGC policies, passing App Store/Google Play requirements. Data-driven products: A/B tests, pricing, monetization. Experience implementing AI assistants/hybrids in consumer products.
