Requisitos:
- Más de 10 años en el Departamento de TI gestionando equipos en torno a Service Desk, Help Desk o gestión de Soporte al Usuario
- Imprescindible Nivel de Inglés B2/C1
- Formación Técnica (FP o Ingeniería IT o Telco)
- Sólida experiencia en la gestión de equipos de al menos 10 personas
- Imprescindible experiencia en herramientas de ticketing y elaboración de KPIs
- Imprescindible experiencia en stack tecnológico de Microsoft
- Valorable conocimientos de ISO 27001
Funciones:
- Asegurar servicio de soporte al Usuario aplicando las mejores prácticas de ITIL, en calidad y tiempo de acuerdo con los SLA establecidos
- Elaborar y analizar informes de actividades (volumetría, cumplimiento de SLA, KPI) del equipo
- Mejora continua de los procedimientos operativos de gestión del servicio
- Apoyar y capacitar a otros Service Desk en los países
- Gestionar y brindar soporte a los recursos de HW y SW del entorno del usuario final
- Gestionar KPIs para el equipo y desempeño individual. Aplicar metodologías para incrementar la productividad y calidad
