Responsibilities Own and deliver AI-driven products and projects from end to end Design and deploy machine learning systems that solve real-world business challenges Translate commercial problems into AI solutions with strong business acumen Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest in AI research and technology Collaborate closely with business users and cross-functional teams to drive innovation Key Skills Deep understanding of machine learning theory and hands-on experience building ML systems Proven experience working with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, etc.) Familiarity with LLM inference stack concepts like KV caching, speculative decoding, and parallel decoding Strong programming skills in Python and ideally one of C++, Java, or .NET Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and innovation Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit Strong academic background: top grades in Bachillerato (9.0+) and a 7.0+ in a relevant bachelor’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc) Financial services experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Work on high-impact projects that align with global trends and events Be empowered from day one to make decisions and drive outcomes Collaborate with a world-class team in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment Gain deep exposure to how financial markets and economies operate Help shape the culture of a growing team in Madrid Interview Process 1.
