- Liderar, motivar, desarrollar y dirigir equipos de retail de la zona Norte.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los protocolos y políticas de la marca y cuidado animal.
- Planificación de turnos, selección de personas y finalizaciones contrato de la zona.
- Realización de apertura de nuevas tiendas y gestión de su mantenimiento.
- Seguimiento y ejecución de la estrategia comercial de la marca.

Requisitos mínimos
- Experiencia previa de, al menos, 3 años en funciones similares de gestión de personal y grandes superficies.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Buenos conocimientos ofimáticos.
- Deseable tener residencia habitual en las provincias de Barcelona o Girona.
