This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering S/4HANA-enabled supply chain solutions, guiding clients through complex transformation journeys, and leading multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & Advisory- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics transformation programmes for large, multinational clients. - Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on best-practice process design, system architecture, and transformation roadmaps. - Act as the functional lead in one or more SAP domains (e.g., MM, PP, EWM, TM, IBP, or related S/4 modules). - Conduct assessments, develop solution blueprints, and oversee delivery of high-quality project outcomes.Programme Leadership- Manage large, multi-workstream SAP projects and cross-functional teams across Europe. - Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development to consultants and managers. - Ensure project governance, quality assurance, risk management, and alignment with client objectives.Business Development- Support pre-sales efforts including proposal development, client presentations, solutioning, and estimation. - Identify new opportunities within client accounts and contribute to the firm's growth strategy. - Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for the firm's SAP Supply Chain practice.Required Experience & Skills- 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics consulting. - Proven delivery leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes (mandatory). - Functional expertise in one or more modules: SCM, OTC, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, EWM, TM, WM, IBP, or related S/4 capabilities. - Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across plan, source, make, and deliver. - Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-country SAP programmes. - Experience working within a management consulting or digital transformation environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels. - Fluent English (spoken and written).
