The company operates globally with over 1,600 employees, 8 manufacturing sites, and a presence in multiple countries, making it an attractive employer for candidates seeking international exposure and innovation-driven roles. DescriptionManage and develop a portfolio of clients in the Barcelona area, primarily within the aluminum, glass, and PVC sectors. Identify and capture new business opportunities (hunter profile), actively contributing to the subsidiary's growth.
Report activity and results to the commercial management in Barcelona, aligning with the three verticals: sales, after-sales, and finance. Analyze the market and competition to anticipate trends and propose effective commercial actions. Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. RequirementsProven experience in B2 B sales, preferably in industrial sectors such as aluminum, glass, or PVC. (More than 5 years of experience) Profile oriented towards new client acquisition and business development (hunter).
Ability to independently manage a large client portfolio. Strong negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills. High level of English is required (international market), also for reporting and career development. Ambitious and growth-oriented professional with the potential to assume higher responsibility roles in the future.
