This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-tech environment working on cutting-edge engineering projects with real-world impact.Location:Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) Contract:Full-time Industry:Aerospace / Advanced ManufacturingKey Responsibilities As Production Planner & Controller, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient, on-time delivery across production activities. Your responsibilities will include: Creating and maintainingproduction plans and schedulesaligned with demand and delivery targets Coordinatingmaterial requirements planning (MRP)with procurement and supply chain teams Monitoring production progress and proactively identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecks Working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations Tracking KPIs and preparingproduction performance reports Supporting cost control, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiativesCandidate Profile The successful candidate will bring: A degree inBusiness, Operations, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field Several years’ experiencein production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing control Strong working knowledge ofERP/MRP systemsand MS Office (advanced Excel skills preferred) Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Fluency inEnglish(additional languages are a plus) A proactive, structured approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat’s on Offer The opportunity to work onadvanced aerospace and engineering programmes A collaborative, international, and technically driven environment High levels of responsibility and visibility within the organisation A role where your planning expertise directly impacts production successInterested? xiphteb If you are looking for your next challenge in a high-performance manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
