Y sí, alguien que también tenga iniciativa para abrir puerta cuando tenga sentido.Este es un rol que pesa de verdad: liderarás procesos complejos end-to-end, participarás en RPOs cuando toque, estarás muy cerca del negocio del cliente, ayudarás a definir vacantes y serás una de las caras visibles de Akuaro.Buscamos consultores con criterio, capaces de generar confianza y convertirla en relación de negocio cuando sea natural.Aquí encajarías muy bien si te imaginas:- trabajando de forma muy coordinada con el equipo comercial y de selección. - Definiendo procesos, haciendo selección y a la vez, convirtiendo leads de tu propia cartera. - Detectando oportunidades en cuentas activas sin forzar nada, para trabajarlas tu o tu equipo. - Participando en discovery meetings de perfiles sr y retroalimentando procesos de selección. - Trayendo información real del mercado y ayudando a construir estrategia.Si tienes +4/5 años en selección tech (agencia / consultora / RPO), sabes cerrar posiciones, has tratado con Hiring Managers exigentes, te mueves bien en conversaciones complejas, tienes inglés funcional y te definen el criterio, la responsabilidad y el orgullo profesional... aquí no solo encajas: aquí puedes brillar.¿Qué ofrecemos?
