Siga leyendo para descubrirlo y envíe su solicitud.This role involves close collaboration with technical experts and pre-sales teams to translate complex IT solutions into clear, structured, and compelling documentation.This role focuses exclusively on the preparation of technical content and documentation.It does not include overall bid management or coordination responsibilitiesAs a Technical Writer, you will support the preparation of high-quality technical proposals for European Institutions and other public International Organisations.This role involves close collaboration with technical experts and pre-sales teams to translate complex IT solutions into clear, structured, and compelling documentation.Your role:Develop comprehensive technical answers and clarifications during EU tender processes.Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance IT solutions.Define governance and operational models, including roles, responsibilities, and service functions.Establish high-level IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and practices in line with ITIL standards.Define quality management frameworks for IT projects and services.Describe step-by-step methodologies (e.g., development lifecycle) and processes to achieve specific project objectives.Provide technical inputs to the Client/Account Managers to prepare the financial offers.Work with internal technical experts from our Delivery teams to translate solutions into complete and compliant tender responses.Report status to the Bid Managers/Coordinators and participate in tender follow-up meetings.Participate in workshops with technical stakeholders (internal and with partners) to build consensus and ensure alignment across proposal components.Review and provide constructive feedback on technical documents prepared by other contributors.Present and explain owned documentation during internal peer reviews.Draft, update, and maintain internal IT documentation.Mentor and support junior or less experienced team members as needed.RequirementsUniversity degree or successful training in IT at minimum of 2 years’ post-secondary education in a computer-related fieldProven experience in technical writing for IT projects, preferably within the context of EU public sector tenders.Fluent English (at least, C1 level) and excellent writing and communication skillsAbility to translate client requirements into clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation, particularly in the context of project and service management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.Good command on M365, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, etc.Nice to haveIT-related certifications regarding management best practices (e.g.ITIL Foundation, Scrum Master)Knowledge regarding Project Management methodologies/best practices both for Agile and Waterfall (e.g., Scrum, ITIL, DevOps, PRINCE2, PM2, etc.)Experience as Team/Project/Service Leader or Delivery/Service/Operations/Project Manager, Operations ManagerWhy NTT DATA?Competitive compensation package.Flexible hybrid working model.A mentor to support you with your employee experience.Continuous learning opportunities & sponsored certifications (Udemy, languages etc.).Clear career paths & a developmental 360° feedback framework.An international dynamic within a fast-paced working environment.The opportunity to work in a diverse environment with talented colleagues.At NTT DATA, we believe everyone is unique and different, this is why we bet for an inclusive culture that recognizes and values diversity. xcskxlj We work day after day to create an environment in wich we can explore, live and enhance our own singularity.#WeAreAllUnique #YouMakeUsUnique
