Our mission is to deliver impactful results with efficiency and clarity.Role OverviewWe are seeking a digitally savvy, detail-oriented Web Content Editor with a strong interest in web quality assurance and UX excellence. This role sits at the intersection of editorial, web publishing, and QA, and is ideal for a mid-level professional who wants to grow into a QA leadership role over time.You will be responsible for ensuring that all web content across our travel portals is clear, accurate, consistent, accessible, and presented to a high standard, while also progressively taking ownership of content-related QA processes and cross-team quality checks.You will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a polished, high-quality web experience.Key Responsibilities:Content Editing & Publishing Edit, proofread, and publish web content to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines. Maintain consistency in tone, style, formatting, and structure across pages. Manage and update content within a CMS (e.g., Sanity, WordPress, or similar). Coordinate content updates with writers, designers, developers, and stakeholders. Maintain an editorial calendar and oversee timely content updates.UX, Accessibility & Content Quality Review content presentation across devices to ensure usability, readability, and mobile optimization. Ensure accessibility best practices are followed (e.g., alt text, content structure, readability). Apply UX and SEO best practices, including internal linking and content optimization. Assess image quality, typography, layout, and overall visual presentation.Web QA & Quality Ownership Perform content-focused QA checks to ensure pages are published correctly and meet quality standards. Identify and flag content-related issues such as broken links, formatting errors, incorrect displays, or inconsistencies. Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve quality issues. Contribute to the development of QA standards, checklists, and processes related to web content. Gradually take increased ownership of web quality assurance as part of a long-term growth path toward QA leadership.Performance & Optimization Monitor website performance and user engagement using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated, underperforming, or improvement-ready content. Recommend enhancements based on data and qualitative review.Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in digital content editing, web publishing, or content operations. Strong editorial skills: writing, editing, and proofreading with exceptional attention to detail. Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms (Sanity, WordPress, or headless CMS). Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for light formatting and layout adjustments. Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and mobile-first web best practices. Comfort reviewing web pages for quality, consistency, and presentation issues. Experience using analytics tools to assess content performance. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple content workflows. Interest in growing into a broader QA-focused role over time.Nice to Have Prior exposure to web QA, content QA, or digital quality processes. Experience in travel, lifestyle, luxury, or e-commerce environments.
