Festival & Consumer Specialist , Red Bull, Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainThe Festival & Consumer Specialist is a national role that focuses on the development, implementation and cultivation of the brand image and the increase of the share of mind in the On Premise environment. It is a strong collaborator, interfacing with all key stakeholders to maximize impact and leverage image building and consumption‑driving initiatives. It also trains the On Premise team in all new industry marketing tools and concepts, ensuring increased availability, visibility and activation at the POS. It is a key contributor to the annual On Premise Marketing business plan.ResponsibilitiesLive “the Red Bull culture and company values”: create “kindred spirits”, act as a role model, have a “can do” attitude, talk about opportunities instead of challenges, be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product.Responsible for executing and adapting the international consumer marketing guidelines according to the market needs.Engage consumers with the Red Bull brand via consumer activation.Strategy and execution of consumer events.Qualifications2+ years experience in sales and event managementExperience in On Premise environmentEvent Management SkillsCapable of building solid strategic relationships with clients and managing stakeholdersStrong planning, prioritization and organizational abilityAbility to think and act as an entrepreneurOriented to action75% travelThe description of this job offer is intended to collect the information necessary to identify, in a general and non-exhaustive manner, the general characteristics of the position, with the aim of allowing those who wish to apply and participate in the selection process to do so with full legal guarantees.
