SPAINPosition:SAP ABAP HCM Developer Location:BarcelonaRole Overview: We are looking for an experiencedSAP ABAP HCM Developerwith integration capabilities to support a major transformation project inSAP HCM . You will work on the development, enhancement, and integration of SAP HR systems, particularly focused onSAP ABAP HCM ,SuccessFactors EC , andSAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) . You’ll also contribute to the upcomingintegration testing phase .Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain solutions inSAP ABAP HCM , ensuring full integrations. Support the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors EC. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality code. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support integration/UAT cycles. Maintain documentation for technical specifications and integration logic. Identify and resolve technical issues in integration scenarios.Skills & Experience Required: 2+ yearsof hands-on experience inSAP ABAP development , with a focus onHCMmodules. Proven ability to work in hybrid/remote teams with Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.Nice to Have: Experience inSAP Integration(CPI, PI/PO, Integration Center). Experience inSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration . Knowledge ofHR business processesand data privacy/security compliance (e.g., GDPR). Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Payroll, Time) is a plus.
