This role is for someone who knows the Spanish creator landscape inside out, thinks bothcreatively and commercially , and wants their work to actually mean something.What you’ll do Own influencer marketing for Spain Build, grow, and optimize Perifit’s influencer strategy in the Spanish market Identify and collaborate with creators who genuinely align with our mission Drive performance (without killing creativity) Run ROI-focused sales-first campaigns: awareness, education, conversion Track performance, extract insights, and continuously iterate Manage creator relationships end-to-end Outreach, negotiation, briefing, follow-up, reporting Build long-term partnerships, not one-off posts Work closely with the brand team Collaborate with Brand, Social, and Paid teams to make sure influencer content fits into the bigger picture Help adapt creator content for ads and other marketing channels when relevantYou’re probably a great fit if… You haveproven experience managing high-performing sales-first influencer campaigns in Spain You’refluent in Spanish and English You already have astrong network of Spanish creatorsin the motherhood, women's health, and wellbeing communities on Instagram and TikTok (YouTube is a plus) You’re comfortable jugglingstrategy + executionon a small but ambitious time budget You care aboutwomen’s health, feminism, and breaking taboos You’re organized, autonomous, and not afraid of numbersWhat we offer 6 hours/week freelance collaboration to start off , with flexibility and room to grow as the program grows 100% remote— work from wherever you do your best thinking Direct collaboration with asmall, sharp, deeply committed team The chance to help shape how women’s health is talked about in Spain
