Si confía en que tiene las habilidades y la experiencia adecuadas, envíe su solicitud hoy mismo.Buscamos un/a Technical Application Operations / TAM Support para dar soporte a operaciones técnicas de aplicaciones y actuar como punto de conexión entre equipos internos y stakeholders externos, en un entorno internacional.Requisitos2 a 5 años de experiencia en operaciones técnicas de aplicaciones.Conocimiento de interfaces e integraciones de sistemas.Experiencia en actividades de TAM.Buenas habilidades de comunicación, reporting y organización.Capacidad de resolución de problemas y trabajo colaborativo.Experiencia con:Servidores web: IIS, Tomcat, ApacheSistemas operativos: Windows y Unix (nivel básico)Inglés mínimo B2 (imprescindible)ResponsabilidadesPunto de contacto para comunicaciones internas y externas.Ejecución de actividades estándar de Technical Account Management (TAM).Gestión de incidentes, problemas, cambios y solicitudes de servicio.Realización de health checks para asegurar estabilidad y rendimiento.Soporte a entornos VDI, SAP, batch jobs y aplicaciones no SAP.Elaboración y mantenimiento de run books y documentación operativa.Asegurar que los entregables cumplan los estándares de calidad.Condiciones del puesto:Modalidad: Híbrido (3 días presenciales en Madrid o Málaga)Horario: Turnos rotativos de lunes a viernes.Duración: Diciembre 2026 - Proyecto con fecha de fin extensibleIdioma del CV: Obligatoriamente en inglésSe valorará:Conocimiento de ITIL y frameworks de gestión de servicios.Automatización de tareas.Experiencia con Docker (no imprescindible).Conocimientos básicos en SQL / MariaDB.Francés básico.Experiencia con clientes internacionales.¿Qué ofrecemos?Participar en proyectos sólidos dentro del sector público.Incorporación a una empresa estable y en crecimiento.Horario flexible y posibilidad de teletrabajo en modalidad híbrida.Trato cercano, apoyo continuo y un entorno donde se valora tu dedicación.Oportunidades reales de desarrollo profesional.Si te apasiona la tecnología y te motivan los retos, en SOLTEL encajarás perfectamente. xcskxlj Te esperamos
