HR Head Iberia – Barcelona (with travel to Madrid & Portugal) Are you ready to lead HR for a dynamic, international organisation in Iberia? We are seeking a transformative HR lead to drive our people strategy, support business transformation, and foster a culture of excellence across Spain and Portugal.What You’ll DoAct as the trusted HR partner for the Iberia General Manager, Leadership Team, and employees.Deploy and implement global HR strategies and processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation.Lead change management, organisational transformation, and manage complex labour relations—including negotiations with Works Councils.Develop and empower the local HR team, overseeing the full employee lifecycle: attraction, onboarding, engagement, performance, development, retention, payroll, and more.Ensure 100% compliance with HR policies, labour law, and data privacy (RGPD).Analyse workforce plans, budgets, and HR KPIs to drive business results.What We’re Looking ForDegree in Economics or Humanities; Master’s in Business Administration or HR is a plus.Proven HR experience in Spain (Portugal experience is a plus), ideally in international, matrix organisations.Strong expertise in labour relations, litigation, and negotiations.Native or bilingual Spanish; fluent English.Deep knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR best practices.Leadership, social intelligence, and a pragmatic, operational approach.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a diverse, ethical, and innovative company committed to people and community.Work in a fast‑paced, agile environment where your ideas and leadership will make a real impact.Collaborate with passionate colleagues and drive positive change across Iberia.Ready to take your HR career to the next level?
