Resumen del RolComo Director de Ingeniería, serás la fuerza impulsora detrás de las operaciones de ingeniería y mantenimiento de la propiedad. Desde proteger nuestros activos físicos hasta liderar iniciativas de sostenibilidad, garantizarás que cada detalle refleje el estándar de excelencia de The Ritz-Carlton. Reportando al Gerente General, gestionarás presupuestos, proyectos de capital y programas de mantenimiento preventivo, inspirando a un equipo de alto rendimiento. Responsabilidades Clave* Liderar con Visión: Supervisar todas las operaciones de ingeniería, incluyendo HVAC, fontanería, sistemas eléctricos y sistemas de seguridad. * Impulsar el Rendimiento: Desarrollar y gestionar presupuestos, planes de gasto de capital y estrategias de protección de activos a largo plazo. * Garantizar Cumplimiento: Mantener la adherencia a normativas locales, estatales y federales, así como a los estándares de la marca. * Promover la Sostenibilidad: Monitorear el consumo energético e implementar iniciativas de conservación. * Generar Resultados: Revisar informes financieros e identificar oportunidades para mejorar la rentabilidad. * Inspirar la Excelencia: Formar y guiar al equipo de ingeniería, fomentando una cultura de seguridad y colaboración. * Proteger Nuestro Legado: Mantener licencias, permisos y certificaciones vigentes para todos los sistemas del edificio. * Responder con Cuidado: Atender inquietudes de huéspedes y empleados de manera rápida y profesional. Lo Que Buscamos* Diploma de secundaria o equivalente con 6 años de experiencia en ingeniería/mantenimiento O * Título de 2 años en Ingeniería, Construcción o campo relacionado con 4 años de experiencia. * Formación técnica en HVAC-R, Electricidad y Fontanería. * Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y planificación estratégica. * Conocimientos financieros y capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos. * Pasión por la innovación y la excelencia operativa.
