The Financial Department of Glassdrive Spain is looking for a VIE to reinforce the local team and to add a fresh view to our business. By joining us, you will help us enhance certain areas of the business, mainly linked with SAP, Business Intelligence Tools (Microstrategy, PowerBI), Management control and Internal control.

Main Role:

  • Setting effective and result-oriented costs and expenses controls.
  • Identifying and launching improvements and applying best practices in our ERP.
  • Establishing a business Dashboard.
  • Contributing to internal and management controls.
  • Following up on reportings and presenting to central teams.

This is a 24-month mission.

A Plus for This Role:

Working from home twice a week is possible after an initial on-site period.

What We Expect:

  • Master’s degree in finance, control management or any related field.
  • Analytical mindset and an interest in playing an active role on the global management of a business.
  • Agility and adaptability to changes.
  • Basic knowledge of ERPs (SAP) and other BI Tools.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with different teams at all levels.
  • Solid knowledge in English and Spanish (level B2 minimum).

The Finance team is a team of 4 people, managing the business, the relation with a finance Shared Service Center, and all controlling and invoicing to our franchisee’s activities.

Recruitment Process:

  • A first contact by email.
  • If we want to move forward with you, you will have a first interview with our HR Talent Acquisition Team in France (on Teams).
  • Then, you will have 1-2 interviews with the local team (on Teams).
  • If you’re selected, you will have an Onboarding Day at the Tour Saint-Gobain before your departure.
