Read on.About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and experiencedSenior Copywriterto join our Copy team. Reporting directly to the Lead Copy Manager, you will be instrumental in executing Camper’s brand voice, translating strategic direction into high-impact, quality copy across all our global channels. This role demandsexcellence in daily writing , a deep understanding of the brand's aesthetics, and the ability to deliver autonomous, functional, yet highly creative copy.Location:Mallorca, Spain (Hybrid: 4 days in-office / 1 day remote)Reports to:Lead Copy ManagerKey Responsibilities Your core focus is on execution, creative output, and maintaining high quality across all brand touchpoints: Daily Copy Execution:Write compelling, accurate, and concise copy for daily business needs, ensuring high quality and timely delivery across: Product Descriptions(in an inspiring way). Digital Content(newsletters, social media, and camper.com). Retail/In-Store Displaymaterials. Press Materialsand press releases. Campaign & Storytelling:Own the creative copy for seasonal and brand campaigns, working closely with the Content andProduct Departmentsto develop and execute cohesive brandstorytelling . Quality Control & Editing:Sub-edit copyacross all channels, ensuring the brand voice is consistent. Provide constructivefeedbackand technical advice to the internal team. Strategic Collaboration:Actively participate in creative workshops and attend regular meetings with cross-functional teams (Digital, E-commerce, Product) to align content and drive consistent messaging. English Language Authority:Serve as the internal advisor on English grammar and copy best practices. Performance Focus:Ensure content is optimized for various platforms, including writing with an awareness ofSEO best practices .What We’re Looking For Core Expertise:Native English speakerwith excellent written and verbal skills, impeccable spelling, and grammar. Experience & Autonomy:Minimum5 years of demonstrable experienceas a Copywriter, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or consumer brand sector. Proven ability toperform independentlyandwork closely with management . Project Management Acumen:Excellent time-management and organizational skillswith proven experience in managing tight deadlines and theability to work on multiple projects at one time . Creative Mindset:Strong sense ofCuriosity and Innovative Thinking , balanced with astrong attention to detail . Technical Knowledge:Proven experience writingSEO-optimized copy . Dual Focus:Solid understanding of how to balance brand-building storytelling with performance-oriented copy that drives commercial goals.Nice to Have A background in journalism or creative writing. Experience in international or multilingual brand environments.
