Head of Product Data Governance & Excellence We are reinforcing our Product Data Governance & Excellence team at our location in Barcelona.Our team ensures a unified and trusted product data foundation across ZF Aftermarket by establishing and steering a robust Data Governance framework. We define ownership, standards, and processes that safeguard data quality, compliance, and consistency across systems and regions, enabling reliable analytics, automation, and business decisions.What you can look forward to as Head of Product Data Governance & ExcellenceDefine strategy for Enterprise Data Governance and Data Quality Management.Develop and implement an information architecture framework and data governance standards for the entire Aftermarket.Drive scalable, distributed Data Ownership definition across ZF Aftermarket, including roles and responsibilities.Ensure uniqueness of meaning for key data elements (e.g., numbers, hierarchies).Define and monitor product data management KPIs, continuously improving data quality and compliance.Oversee data quality monitoring, including validity, completeness, consistency, and data cleansing processes.Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in data management, engaging relevant stakeholders when needed.Align divisional data governance processes with corporate frameworks and optimize data-related processes.Your profile as Head of Product Data Governance & ExcellenceSeveral years of experience in the automotive aftermarket.Proven track record in managing and leading international teams (6+ years).Strong ability to drive large-scale change and transformation.Strategic and analytical thinker with expertise in connecting governance principles to business impact.Skilled in influencing and stakeholder management across diverse functions and senior leadership.Excellent communication skills to translate complex data topics for executive and operational audiences.Project management experience and results-oriented mindset.High integrity and reliability as a trusted authority on data quality, compliance, and transparency.Job DetailsSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Product Management and MarketingIndustry: Motor Vehicle ManufacturingLocation: Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area#J-18808-Ljbffr
