Facility ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team in Torrevieja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained, contributing to a productive work environment.About UsWe are an Emergency Assistance Centre for a Scandinavian insurance company, operating in shifts. The role requires interacting with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, working at different times of the day, 365 days a year.What We OfferImmediate start and permanent contract.Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (flexibility possible by agreement).Stable position in a well-established company.Competitive salary.Continuous training and professional development opportunities.Modern office facilities in central Torrevieja.Key Responsibilities:Facility Operations & MaintenanceOversee daily facility operations, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and enforce policies to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.Health, Safety & Business ContinuityMake sure we follow health, safety, and environmental rules, set up safety procedures, train staff, and help with business continuity planning.Budget & Financial ManagementPrepare and manage facility budgets, track spending, and give regular financial updates to senior management.Space & Office ManagementPlan and manage office moves, renovations, and space use, working with Operations to make the best use of workspace.Qualifications:· Must be Fluent in English and Spanish.· 3–5 years of experience in facility or administrative management.· Proven experience in budget planning and financial reporting.We are looking for a proactive, autonomous, and structured individual to join our team.
