Si la respuesta es sí,en Grupo Piñero queremos conocerteBuscamos unSite Operations Supportque brinde soporte al Site Construction and Building Engineer en la coordinación de la operativa diaria de la obra, garantizando la eficiencia, el cumplimiento de objetivos y los estándares de calidad.¿Qué harás en tu día a día?Supervisar y dar soporte en las actividades diarias de la obra, asegurando que se desarrollen según lo planificado. Monitorizar el avance de la obra y reportar regularmente al Construction Supervisor. Apoyar en la recepción, almacenamiento y control de inventario de materiales. Coordinar la logística durante la ejecución de la obra. Velar por el correcto mantenimiento y uso de equipos y herramientas. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de calidad y seguridad en obra. Colaborar en la implantación y seguimiento de normativas de seguridad y salud. Gestionar la documentación asociada al desarrollo de las obras. Hacer seguimiento operativo mediante KPI e indicadores de gestión. Asegurar el cumplimiento del manual de operación y estándares del Grupo. Supervisar horarios, reglas disciplinarias y tareas asignadas. Apoyar en el mantenimiento de materiales, equipos y control de stock. Participar en acciones formativas y en la implementación de planes de auditoría, prevención de riesgos y programas medioambientales.¿Qué buscamos en ti?Formación en Ingeniería o Arquitectura. Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en supervisión de obras, preferiblemente en complejos hoteleros. Conocimientos en construcción de complejos hoteleros, instalaciones y equipamientos, mediciones y seguimiento de producción de obra, y gestión de proyectos. Idiomas: español e inglés.
