Hybrid work model:2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Availability:Participation in 24x7 on-call rotations. ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) and related services. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access controls. Ensure system security, patching, and compliance with best practices. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational stability. Act as a point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and changes. Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to support business needs.Who You Are Technical and Professional RequirementsExperience:4-6 years in Windows systems administration and infrastructure management. Expert knowledge of:Windows Server administration Active Directory and related servicesPreferred:Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation Understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practicesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Languages RequiredSpanish Intermediate English Catalan EducationRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
