Our cloud-based technology platforms offer fast and reliable access to a unique portfolio of travel products & services, while rich data and intelligence seamlessly connect supply and demand worldwide.Job SummaryJoin our Insurtech team at HBX Group and help shape the future of travel insurance We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Insurance to drive growth by acquiring strategic partners, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet evolving client needs.Job ResponsibilitiesDrive Growth: Identify and onboard new clients and strategic partners for HBX Group’s travel insurance offerings.Develop Value Propositions: Tailor insurance solutions to partner needs and negotiate optimal agreements.Execute Strategy: Implement commercial plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.Optimize Performance: Enhance go-to-market strategies and product offerings to maximize conversion and revenue.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Fintech, Distribution, Marketing, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.Build Relationships: Represent HBX Group at industry events and maintain strong external partnerships.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in business development, sales pipeline management, and contract negotiation.Strong knowledge of travel industry and insurance products, including regulatory landscape.Commercial acumen with ability to structure profitable agreements.Data-driven decision-making and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication in English; fluency in another European language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French) preferred.Previous experience in travel insurance sales or distribution is an advantage.Relevant insurance qualification (e.g., Dip CII or ACII) or equivalent experience.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively, and embrace change.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing team, work on innovative insurance solutions, and make an impact in a global organization.You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
