Nuestro cliente, empresa industrial del sector químico, con planta productiva en el Valles Oriental , busca incorporar un/a HR Specialist para liderar el área de Recursos Humanos en la planta y acompañar en la profesionalización de la organización.Responsabilidades y funciones- Gestión integral de los procesos de RRHH de la planta: selección, onboarding, formación y desarrollo. - Soporte en administración de personal: contratos, nóminas (coordinación con gestoría), control de incidencias y documentación laboral. - Acompañamiento a managers en temas de gestión de personas, clima laboral y desempeño. - Implementación y seguimiento de políticas internas, procedimientos y normativa laboral. - Coordinación de la PRL. - Participación en proyectos transversales de RRHH y mejora continua.Requisitos- Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, ADE o similar. - Experiencia de 4–5 años en una posición generalista de RRHH, idealmente en entorno industrial o planta productiva. - Conocimientos sólidos de legislación laboral y administración de personal. - Perfil cercano, operativo y con buena capacidad de comunicación. - Nivel de inglés avanzado. - Residencia cercana
