• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive spare parts manufacturing industry or a similar sector, with at least 5 years in production management.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949 - Automotive Quality Management System and other quality standards.
• Knowledge in ERP and production planning software.
• Possessing technical knowledge and able to effectively manage production processes.
• Developed leadership qualities, successful in team management and motivation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think analytically.
• Advanced level of English proficiency is a must.
