Descripción / Resumen:
Buscamos un perfil con FP superior o grado de ingeniería en electrónica, informática o similar, con buen nivel de inglés, capaz de: Realizar las tareas de integración, mantenimiento, instalación y formación de los equipos de Graphic Communication, de acuerdo con las instrucciones y directrices de la BD, a fin de conseguir los objetivos establecidos por la compañía.

Responsabilidades:
  1. Realizar instalaciones, reparaciones, formaciones básicas y mantenimientos preventivos del porfolio de equipamiento de Graphics.
  2. Atención telefónica al cliente para diagnosticar la incidencia con la maquinaría y ofrecer la respuesta más rápida posible, dando un seguimiento hasta la resolución de esta.
  3. Solicitar a customer service la gestión administrativa para la aprobación de presupuestos y la posterior solicitud de las piezas.
  4. Realizar demostraciones en cliente.

Calificaciones:
Formación Profesional Superior o Grado en Ingeniería o similar (electrónica, informática).

Inglés nivel alto.

Conocimientos técnicos:
Conocimientos en mecánica, electricidad, electrónica industrial e informática.

Conocimiento del ámbito de impresión digital y/o analógica.

Conocimiento en redes y conectividades.

Conocimientos informáticos:
Paquete Office nivel usuario.

Sistemas Operativos (Mac, Linux y Windows).

Paquete Adobe nivel avanzado.

Paquetes específicos de RIP y de flujos de trabajo.
