Key Responsibilities:🔹 Configure and manage insurance products in EIS, with a focus on Product Factory🔹 Utilize OpenL for business rules and logic within the EIS platform🔹 Support end-to-end insurance processes: sales, after-sales, billing, and claims🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Developers🔹 Participate in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and inception workshopsQualifications:✅ EIS Suite expertise – product configuration, OpenL, and insurance process knowledge✅ BA certifications (e.G., CBAP, CCBA) and EIS certifications✅ Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills✅ Experience as a Lead BA, Scrum Master, or PMO (nice to have)If you are interested please contact Alexandra Purda on apurda@redglobal.com or apply here.
