At ING we are looking for a Tribe Lead PaymentsThe Tribe Lead Payments is responsible for defining and executing the vision and strategy for the Payments domain, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, maximizing payments profitability and complying with regulatory requirements. This role leads multiple squads within the tribe, fostering collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence in an agile environment.Represent the tribe in leadership forums and external regulatory bodies. Deliver best-in-class payment journeys for customers, with particular attention to service availability Build and lead high-performing squads, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Act as a role model for ING’s Orange Code and agile way of working. Oversee end-to-end delivery of payment solutions, ensuring quality and timely execution. Stakeholder Management: Contribute to the Global Payments community within ING by sharing best practices and supporting global led initiatives These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Ability to define long-term vision while ensuring short-term delivery. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
