Buscamos un/a profesional senior para liderar nuestro equipo de desarrollo y garantizar la evolución tecnológica de la compañía. La posición combina liderazgo técnico, gestión de personas y experiencia en entornos cloud. Serás responsable de definir metodologías, optimizar procesos y asegurar la calidad en proyectos estratégicos. Responsabilidades principales: Coordinar y guiar al equipo de desarrollo, promoviendo buenas prácticas y metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban). Actuar como referente técnico, resolviendo bloqueos y asegurando la escalabilidad de las soluciones. Diseñar y optimizar infraestructura cloud (Docker, Kubernetes) y pipelines CI/CD. Supervisar estándares de código y arquitectura. Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones tecnológicas. Requisitos: Experiencia en liderazgo técnico (mínimo 4-6 años en roles similares). Dominio de Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD y automatización. Conocimientos sólidos en desarrollo backend y frontend (Python, JavaScript; Java valorable). Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. Habilidades de comunicación, organización y liderazgo. Ofrecemos: Contrato indefinido y jornada completa. Salario competitivo (42.000 € - 52.000 € según experiencia). Beneficios adicionales (vehículo y alojamiento si es necesario).
