Responsibilities:
  1. Leads a team of Country planners for Consumer and Professional Divisions, ensuring that the team is adequately trained, that priorities are clear, and that planning activities are executed with excellence, following the company procedures.
  2. Leads Sales and Operations Planning Process for the business unit: consolidates demand preparation and leads the consensus meeting to align sales forecast with company plans.
  3. Aligns with Central Planning inventory parameter and safety stock strategy and ensures that inventory is accurate in SAP and at 3PL.
  4. Ensures smooth communication in the organization concerning flow of goods and possible supply issues.
  5. Follows up the Supply Chain KPIs and takes action in case of deviation from targets.
Qualifications:
  1. Master or Bachelor in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable.
  2. 5 years’ experience working in SCM of an international FMCG organization or comparable.
Knowledge:
  1. Deep knowledge in all core SCM processes and Logistics.
  2. Deep user knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  3. Knowledge of all relevant ERP and Planning systems (SAP, IBP, BI).
  4. Basic Project Management Skills.
  5. Very good English skills.
  6. Basic language skills of local country language (Spanish).

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Strong drive, proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
  3. Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Leadership and Negotiation Skills.
