Our mission is simple: to turn our customers businesses into success stories.What we offer We offer a competitive salary, an innovative flexible working approach, excellent opportunities for career progression and the chance to join a high performing, committed and energetic team at a truly exciting stage of our journey.What will you do You will participate in implementation, support, and evolution projects of the Salesforce platform.Developing and maintaining APIs, custom components, Force App, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce integration services.Collaborate with our internal technology and business partners to configure and enhance application integrations with Salesforce.Follow proven design patterns with clean, write readable code, and proper component design (generating the lowest possible technical debt).Develop solutions by analysing information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.Determine solution feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming.Produce high-quality software on schedule.Explore, understand and advise redk on new software design and architecture.Providing subject matter expertise for Salesforce implementations and delivery.Creating technical documentation for Salesforce projects.Document and communicate feedback to Engineering to ensure continuous improvement.What we are searching for BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study.At least 2 years of experience in the implementation and development of different modules in Marketing Cloud: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Journey Builder or 2 years of experience on projects building custom applications on Salesforce using both programmatic (Apex, LWCs, callouts, custom metadata, etc.) and declarative (Flow, reports, etc.) tools.Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Administrator are welcome, as well as any other like Developer II, , Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud Developer, ...Background working in Agile teams and in-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.Hands on experience with web services and software troubleshooting within an integrated development environment.Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies and Best Practices.Experience writing asynchronous Apex.Experience with change management and the full Software Development Life Cycle.Capable front-end developer (HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript).Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns, databases, operating systems, and debugging.Some experience with or understanding of integration strategies and data governance.Strong written and verbal communication abilities, flexibility, and commitment to meeting deadlines.Collaborate with other colleagues regarding any Quality Assurance task requested.Develop in testing-oriented methodology.Experience in Data Cloud.Experience with "Github Copilot" and "ChatGPT", (familiar with the use of AI)A good level of English is a must.
