You are comfortable workingvery close to the CEO, helping shape strategy, priorities, and execution across the company.What You’ll Do:MARKETING CONTENT & BRAND: Own and execute Timbal’s content strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and our website. Create outstanding written content: posts, long-form articles, thought leadership, and narratives. Build high-quality visual content: presentations, decks, reports, and strategic materials. Use Figma (or similar tools like Adobe Illustrator) to design clean, modern, high-impact marketing and business assets. Help define, evolve, and protect Timbal’s brand voice and positioning.GROWTH & CAMPAIGN Design and execute data-driven growth strategies with an engineering mindset. Run end-to-end campaigns for a complex B2B AI product. Measure and optimize engagement, conversion, CAC, retention, and attribution. Launch experiments, analyze results, and scale what works. Grow and activate our Discord community as a core channel. Build authentic growth strategies on Reddit within AI and tech communities. Support influencer, partnership, and ecosystem-driven campaigns.BUSINESS & CLIENT CONTENT Create client success stories, case studies, and proof-of-value content. Support sales with proposals, decks, and tailored narratives. Translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear business value.CEO SUPPORT & STRATEGIC ASSISTANCE Work hand in hand with the CEO on strategic communication and reporting. Support investor updates, decks, and written reporting. Assist with agenda preparation, prioritization, and follow-ups when needed. Act as a trusted operator in marketing, growth, and communication topics.What We’re Looking For:3–6 years of experience in marketing and growth for B2B SaaS or tech companies. Exceptional written communication skills and strong storytelling ability. Strong visual sense and experience creating presentations with excellent taste. Hands-on experience with Figma or similar designing tools Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and metrics. Experience running campaigns for technical or complex products. High autonomy, ownership mentality, and bias toward action.
