The company operates adistributed, automated infrastructureand is scaling rapidly in amulti-entity, international environment . Building anAI-native finance organizationis a strategic priority. About the RoleReporting directly to the CFO, theGroup Financial Controllerwill owngroup accounting, reporting, consolidation and controlsacross multiple legal entities. This is asenior, hands-on rolefor a finance leader capable of structuring, scaling and automating finance operations in a deep-tech context. Strong, proven experience leveraging AI in accounting operations is mandatory. The role is not about maintaining legacy processes, but aboutdesigning an AI-first accounting function . Key ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly, quarterly and annualgroup close and consolidationDeliver accuratemanagement accounts, board and investor reportingEnsureIFRS / local GAAP complianceacross jurisdictionsDefine and enforcegroup accounting policies and internal controlsLead and optimizeNetSuite ERPacross the group ( NetSuite is a must-have )Driveautomation and AI adoption(reconciliations, anomaly detection, journal automation, close acceleration)Manage audits, statutory compliance and intercompany processesPartner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and growthRequired Experience & Profile8–12+ yearsin accounting / financial controlStrong experience inmulti-entity, international environmentsBackground inSaaS, cloud, infrastructure or deep-tech companiesNetSuite expert (+++)Mandatory hands-on experience implementing AI tools in accounting workflowsStrong IFRS / GAAP knowledge and consolidation expertiseQualified accountant ( CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent )Comfortable building finance infrastructurefrom the ground upWhat We OfferKey leadership role in aEuropean AI & cloud deep-tech companyHigh autonomy and ownershipOpportunity to build abest-in-class, AI-native finance functionFully remote setup (EMEA) with limited travel ( ~10–15% )#J-18808-Ljbffr
