The role involves managingQC equipment, reviewing analytical results, supporting new projects, and contributing to process automation and environmental monitoring. ❗Please note:although the position is based inMadrid, the role requiresa 3-month stay in LlaneraResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform and/or supervise microbiological assays, includingendotoxins, bioburden, sterility testing, andmethod validations.Support the development, revision, and updating ofGMP documentation(SOPs, analytical methods, protocols).Participate in activities related tosterile manufacturing, such asenvironmental monitoring, media fill (APS), and equipment qualifications.Review analytical results, reports, and documentation generated by laboratory analysts. Contribute to theestablishment, organization, and start-upof the microbiology laboratory.Providetechnical supportduring inspections, deviations, and investigations ( OOS/OOT).Coordinate closely withQC, QA, and Productionto ensure GMP compliance across activities. Required Qualifications:Degree inBiology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experiencein pharmaceutical microbiology; 2 years preferred.Hands-on experience in microbiological assays (endotoxins, bioburden, sterility, method validations). Preferably experience in sterile material manufacturing requirements:environmental control, media fill, qualifications, etc.Experience working inQC laboratoriesandsterile environments.Strongautonomy, initiative, and adaptability, especially in start-up settings.
