Role OverviewThis is a high-impact role for a professional with 2–5 years of experiencewho thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will lead projects that are at the cutting edge of AI, including: Coordinating API syncs with global enterprise partners. Aligning technical sprints with business goals. End-to-End Delivery:Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines using Agile methodologies. Cross-Hub Coordination:Act as the central point of contact between our engineering teams and global leadership. Maintain clear project scopes, risk assessments, and KPI dashboards. Identify technical or operational bottlenecks and implement swift solutions. Experience:2–5 years as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in the Tech/SaaS sector. Native or bilingual proficiency inEnglish(Essential). Spanish is a plus for local operations. Tech Stack:Expert proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Slack/Trello. Experience working with distributed teams and different cultural contexts. Competitive Salary:€75,000 – €95,000, significantly above the local market average.
