As a Game Designer you will be specializing at Peter & Sons Game Development Studio. Peter & Sons is a game development studio formed by an international group of professionals and game enthusiasts with broad experience in mobile, play to earn casual game development and slot games. We work with world-class artists, programmers, mathematicians and musicians to produce some of the most innovative, creative, and entertaining casino games on the market. Job Description We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven Game Designer to join our team. Your Responsibilities Drive the design and development process across multiple game projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time. Collaborate closely with designers, artists, mathematicians, production teams, and QA to define, refine, and execute the vision for each game. Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including game concepts, GDDs, pay tables, and in-game messaging. Present game concepts to the management, gather feedback, and align the team with clear communication and actionable objectives. Chair team meetings to discuss game goals, milestones, and project progress while maintaining transparency and clarity across teams. Playtest games extensively, providing detailed feedback on math models, visuals, sound, UI/UX, and overall player experience. Analyze market trends and performance data to identify innovative game mechanics and opportunities for improvement. Manage game backlogs and tasks using project management tools to ensure timely delivery. Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Develop bi-weekly reports detailing game development progress, achievements, and areas for focus. What we are looking for: Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful, customer-facing games. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer or Designer in the slot gaming industry. Deep understanding of slot game production pipelines, from concept to launch. Strong analytical skills, with an ability to write clear and structured design documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback effectively. Familiarity with competitor slot games and a passion for gambling games, understanding what makes them visually appealing and engaging. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gantt charts, or Agile methodologies. Experience working with remote teams and managing cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have: Experience in UI/UX design and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
