This role is customer‑facing and plays a critical part in ensuring our IEM & Distribution customers receive best‑in‑class support and solutions tailored to their needs. The position requires a strong focus on team development, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.Your key responsibilities will include:Lead and structure a global technical expertise center, organizing resources around key technical domains.Build and develop a high‑performing team of technical specialists to meet current and future business needs.Deliver advanced technical consultation, resolving complex customer inquiries and maintaining a repository of best practices.Align resources strategically, balancing global demand and ensuring optimal coverage and responsiveness.Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to embed technical support into product development and operational processes.Champion quality and innovation, using data insights and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.Define capability needs for the future, aligning with strategic direction and solution roadmap.What You Bring We imagine you as being a highly experienced and strategic leader with a strong technical foundation and a global mindset.
