HESCO , an engineering company specialized in providing comprehensive structural engineering services and execution projects; in addition to Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electromechanical designs; based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, and the United Kingdom.We are currently seeking a Senior MEP Supervisor to join our team in Algeria . The ideal candidate will oversee the execution and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within large-scale construction and industrial projects.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESAsegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación y, si confía en que cumple todos los requisitos, envíe su solicitud de inmediato.Supervise and coordinate MEP activities on-site to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and design documents.Monitor subcontractors' performance, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.Ensure all works comply with safety standards and local/international building codes.Conduct inspections and testing of installations before commissioning.Support procurement teams in the selection of MEP materials and equipment.Prepare regular progress and compliance reports.ACADEMIC BACKGROUNDBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.LANGUAGESProficiency in English.Knowledge of Arabic or French will be considered an asset.Spanish will be valued.EXPERIENCEMinimum 10 years of experience in MEP supervision within large-scale construction or industrial projects.Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems installation and commissioning. xcskxlj Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
