Teldat es una empresa española líder en el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías en el sector de las Telecomunicaciones, buscamos incorporar un/a Professional Services Product & Delivery Manager para la gestión integral de servicios profesionales, desde su definición hasta la ejecución. FuncionesSoporte global del negocio de servicios que se desarrolla tanto al amparo de las unidades de negocio de producto así como de negocio nuevo y propio de la unidad de servicios. Identificar las necesidades y expectativas del cliente a nivel de Servicios Profesionales y en base a un sólido conocimiento del producto y las capacidad del equipo de Servicios Profesionales. Diseño de soluciones apalancadas en personal propio y/o de terceros para la prestación de servicios. Resolución de servicios de alta dificultad y gestión activa con clientes para poner en valor el servicio ofrecido. Control y gestión de ejecución de proyectos de Servicios Profesionales Filtrado, negociación y resolución efectiva de conflictos de prioridades en la ejecución de proyectos y establecimiento de medidas para ajustarse a determinadas cargas de trabajo Control eficiente de la rentabilidad de los proyectos en ejecución. Mejora de procesos y mantenimiento de la política de ejecución de proyectos Negociación con partners estratégicos llegando a acuerdos comerciales duraderos en el tiempo. Identificación de oportunidades, estrategias y mejoras de procesos. Comunicación fluida y coordinación eficiente y efectiva con el equipo de trabajo de Servicios Profesionales.Formación y experienciaGrado o ingeniería. 10 años de experiencia en puestos y sectores similares. Al menos 5 años de experiencia previa liderando proyectos.RequisitosHabilidades demostradas de negociación y comunicación con áreas directivas, comerciales y operativas. Capacidad para trabajar en entornos competitivos fuertes priorizando las diferentes actividades. Capacidad para lograr resultados, alta iniciativa y rápida toma de decisiones. Experiencia en organizaciones matriciales. Fuerte orientación a soluciones. Habilidades analíticas. Inglés avanzado.OfrecemosIncorporación a importante empresa líder en su sector.
