About UsDue is a London-based company founded in Sep 2022 with fresh Seed funding from top-tier crypto and fintech investors.We are building a new payments platform that leverages the latest advancements in blockchain tech / crypto. Today business and consumer payments are dominated by an oligopoly of card schemes working on top of a legacy banking system. We want to challenge this status quo and build a stack of payment solutions, that would allow for permissionless, self-sovereign, global and frictionless payments.A lot of the things we are building are experimental and haven’t yet been adopted by retail customers or businesses. Our job is to build the best product based on the latest tech and bring adoption both on the consumer and merchant side of payments.About the RoleAs an Operations Manager, you will be a jack of all trades, responsible for ensuring smooth operations of our core business and owning high-impact projects/verticals from the jump. We are looking for a self-starter who excels in both process-building and executionWhat will you could doing: Product Ops: Assuring the quality of our product and infrastructure specs Sales Ops: Streamlining onboarding of our key partners and optimising sales processes Compliance Ops: Executing compliance controls without sacrificing UX Research: Market research and scoping of new opportunities across regions and verticals Expansion: Support the launch of new rails and payment methods Marketing: Building and executing comms strategies, from discovery and acquisition, to lifecycle and engagement Support: Assisting with customer support and client success Working alongside our CEO and leadership team with any other high-impact projectsRequirements 2~3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, banking or similar Interest in crypto payments / stablecoins / cross-border finance Data analysis skills (advanced excel, intermediate SQL) Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats Fluency in English and SpanishNice to Have Prior experience in blockchain or crypto projects Data science skills (e.g. Python) Fluency in PortugueseBenefits ️ 28 days of paid holidays Work remotely from anywhere in Spain or Portugal ♂️ No corporate BS, work flexibly and autonomously
