Marketing Director for Digital Segment

Intellias’ Digital segment includes established verticals (for example Healthcare and Life Sciences) as well as emerging areas of expertise. To support strategic growth, we are hiring a Marketing Director with strong field marketing experience to develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to our business and vertical strategies.What project we have for youYou will partner closely with sales, vertical leaders, technology and AI experts, and delivery teams to build brand awareness and generate demand. You will serve as the primary marketing partner for your assigned verticals, coordinating with central marketing teams (content, design, digital, PR) to bring campaigns to life across channels.This role reports to the Director of Vertical Marketing and offers visibility with senior stakeholders, plus the chance to make a meaningful impact in a global company that moves quickly.What you will doBuild the brand: Increase awareness and preference within your assigned markets by identifying high-impact opportunities, shaping messaging, and developing relationships with relevant influencers, communities, and media.Plan and deliver campaigns: Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including messaging, channel plan, timelines, and budget ownership. Track performance and report results.Own vertical channels: Manage and optimize vertical-specific marketing channels (for example LinkedIn presence, newsletters, and targeted nurture streams) in alignment with the campaign plan.Partner with sales: Align on ICPs, target accounts, and priorities; support account-based and opportunity-based motions; develop field-ready assets; and drive measurable pipeline impact.Support partnerships: Coordinate co-marketing with strategic partners in your verticals, including joint campaigns, events, content, and lead-sharing motions.Events and field programs: Plan and execute webinars, executive roundtables, conferences, and sponsorships. Support on-site participation when needed.Insights and optimization: Conduct market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform plans; use data to improve conversion, cost per lead, and pipeline efficiency over time.What you need for this8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing and eventsExperience marketing to enterprise audiences, with a strong grasp of modern technology services and buyersIndustry familiarity in one or more of the following: Healthcare, iGaming, Travel, SaaSStrong writing and content development skills, with the ability to produce high-quality communications for US, UK, and EU marketsConfidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting plans, performance, and recommendations clearlyAnalytical, results-oriented mindset; comfortable operating in a lean environment with clear targetsNative-level English (written and spoken); experience working across time zones and multicultural teamsAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environmentNice to have:Experience in enterprise technology, consulting, or digital engineering servicesAgency or client-facing account management experienceAdditional languagesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (including technology)What it’s like to work at IntelliasAt Intellias, where technology takes center stage, people always come before processes.
