Hello We are currently looking for a Global MD/TOM Lead Digital Factory Program (DFP) to support a Global Digital Factory transformation aimed at harmonising manufacturing & supply chain operations through integrated MES / WMS / LIMS / ERP / OT platforms. Contract: 6 months Location: Hybrid (office visits to Barcelona) You will lead the Master Data (MD) and Target Operating Model (TOM) workstreams globally, including:Defining global standards, governance and data ownership/stewardship Driving site readiness and adoption (workshops/training) Ensuring process and data harmonisation across sites Aligning with regulatory requirementsRequired Experience7+ years' experience in Op Ex / Master Data / Digital Transformation within manufacturing or supply chain Strong stakeholder management in global / matrix environments Fluent EnglishPreferredTools/Platforms: Infor M3, Körber PAS-X, Lab Vantage LIMS, Aveva OT Industry 4.0 exposure Data governance and/or PM certificationIf you are interested, please get in touch
